WyldLife at Miller and Goodnight Middle Schools
It all starts with
friendships.
WyldLife is Young Life for middle schoolers. It’s a group of caring volunteers who step into the world of kids and show them they matter.
Who We Are
-
Hunter Taylor is the Hays County Young Life Area Director, and oversees all San Marcos Ministries.
-
Shamyra Cathey is a full time Texas State Student who serves as our San Marcos High School ministry lead, and also helps oversee the WyldLife program.
Shamyra is part of our Student Staff team and serves as a NextGen Leader of Hays County. She is a dedicated mentor and friend to many SMHS students.
-
A WyldLife Leader is a college-age mentor who volunteers their time to disciple middle school students.
From attending sporting events, to leading kids through regular Bible study, to spending a week with them at summer camp - our Leaders dedicate time to invest in the lives of San Marcos kids.
